300 ml of milk
7 g of Molino Rossetto brewer’s yeast
50 ml of water
50 g of melted butter
20 g of sugar
10 g of salt

PREPARAZIONE

In a pan melt the butter and let it cool.

Pour in the bread maker pan handle milk, water and warm melted butter.

In a bowl blend flour, sugar and brewer’s yeast and pour in the bread maker pan handle and add the salt.

With Molino Rossetto bread maker: set number 11 program, Impostate il programma 11.
