MUFFIN WITH APPLE, WALNUTS AND CINNAMON

INGREDIENTI

For 7 muffins
180 g of Molino Rossetto whole wheat organic flour
30 g of raw cane sugar
a pinch of salt
7 g of baking powder
5 g of cinnamon
50 g of toasted walnut
1 apple
1 beaten egg
60 g of melted butter
120 ml of fresh milk
To decorate:
30 g of raw cane sugar
2 g of cinnamon or so

PREPARAZIONE

In a little bowl blend raw cane sugar and cinnamon to decorate.

In another bowl pour sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, minced walnuts and the apple peeled, cut and squeezed with lemon juice. Blend and make a well in the centre. Pour the beaten egg, melted butter and milk. Combine all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.

Pour muffin moulds with mixture and dust with mix of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake to 180°C for 25 minutes or so.

Take out of the oven and let them rest for 20 minutes at least.
