ORGANIC PLUMCAKE WITH APPLES

INGREDIENTI

1 pack of organic mix for soft cake Molino Rossetto
125 g of soft butter
3 whole eggs
150 ml of milk (about a glass) 
2 organic apples

PREPARAZIONE

Peel an apple, cut it in pieces and put on them some lemon juice. Shake the eggs, add milk and the mixture gradually and finally some butter. Knead with an egg beater or with a wooden spoon, until you obtain a smooth and homogenous compound. Peel the other apple and cut it in thin slices and put them at the centre of the plumcake mold and pur some powder sugar and butter flakes. Pour the compound in a plumcake mold with some butter (22 cm long). Put the dough in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
