Organic fruit pie

1 pack of mix for organic pie Molino Rossetto
125 g of butter
1 whole egg
Jam and fruit


Pour the mix on the table and put in the centre some butter in pieces and the egg. Knead rapidly and let it rest in the fridge for 3 minutes envolved in some film. Then roll the dough down on a pan with the rolling pin to make a pie. Decorate and stuff, for ecample with strawberries jam and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or stuff it with fresh fruit at the end of the baking.
