INGREDIENTI

1 pack of gluten free mix for Brownies Molino Rossetto
150 g of dark chocolate (gluten free, lactose free)
150 g of soy Sojasun coconut yogurt *
70 g of gluten free coconut flour Molino Rossetto
110 ml of coconut milk Suzi Wan**
*or Alpro coconut + 30 g of cane sugar
** Alpro coconut milk or Koko milk + 10 g di tapioca starch

PREPARAZIONE

Pour 40 g of coconut milk in a casserole, chop dark chocolate and let it dissolve in a water bath. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogenous dough, remove from the fire and let it cool Pour mix for brownies in a bowl, add yogurt, melted chocolate, remaining coconut milk and coconut flour. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogenous dough. Cover the pan (size 25x35) with the oven paper and roll the dough inside. Preheat the oven and let brownies cook for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
