Heart sweet surprise Plumcake

INGREDIENTI

For the internal:
180 g of flour type 00
2 spoons of yeast for cakes
80 g of white yogurt
120 g of fresh cream
65 g of maize oil
1 medium egg
75 g of sugar

For the cocoa plumcake:
1 mix for cocoa cake Molino Rossetto
125 g of butter
3 eggs
150 ml of milk

PREPARAZIONE

To make this recipe you’ll need a pie pan, a mold for biscuits (with the shape of a heart) and a mold for plumcakes.
Stiffen eggs with sugar in a bowl using an electric egg beater. Once you have done add seeds oil gradually. Add yogurt and when it is completely absorbed pour flour with yeast. Add liquid cream and mix to obtain a smooth and homogenous dough. Pour the dough on a pan covered by oven paper. Put in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it completely cool.

Prepare the cocoa dough.  Stiffen three eggs in a bowl and add milk, mix for cocoa cake Molino Rossetto and mix for some minutes. Add soft butter and go on mixing to obtain a soft and homogenous dough. Cut the dough with the mold for biscuits, make many hearts that you will put inside the plumcake. Put some butter and some flour on the mold for plumcakes and pour 1/3 of the cocoa dough and put hearts in the centre. Cover with the remaining dough. Cook plumcake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Check the cooking, remove the dough from the oven and let it cool.
