INGREDIENTI

250 g of Molino Rossetto cake flour
120 g of sugar
70 g of butter
250 ml of yogurt
1 case of baking powder
lemon zest
vanilla flavour
2 eggs
15/20 black cherries

PREPARAZIONE

In a bowl blend flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Melt butter with sugar. Add to butter cream the eggs, vanilla flavour and in the end the yogurt until the batter will be uniform. 

Pour the liquid part with the dust and blend gently. Add cutted black cherries to the batter for muffin. Grease with butter and flour some muffin moulds and fill for ¾. 

Bake muffins with black cherries to 180°C for 20 minutes or so.
