Almond biscuits gluten-free

  • Biscotti alle mandorle senza glutine

INGREDIENTI

100 g of gluten free almonds flour Molino Rossetto 
20 g of butter
70 g of sugar
1 egg
if you want: *almonds *chocolate chips

PREPARAZIONE

Mix sugar and almond flour in a bowl. Add the egg and dissolved butter and mix. You can add chocolate chips. Envolve the dough with some film and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.  Roll the dough with a rolling pin with some flour  and make some shorcrust ½ cm high. Form biscuits with biscuits cutter, distribute them on a pan covered by oven paper and cook them at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until they become golden.
