MUFFIN WITH HAZELNUTS FLOUR

INGREDIENTI

100 g of nut flour Molino Rossetto
150 g of rice flour Molino Rossetto
30 g of powder cocoa
170 g of sugar
2 eggs
80 g of butter
160 ml of milk
1 vanilla-flavored baking powder gluten-free Molino Rossetto
powdered sugar

PREPARAZIONE

Mix rice flour, nut flour, cocoa and yeast in a bowl. Then mix eggs, sugar, melted butter and milk in another bowl. Mix the two compounds and pour the dough in some paper molds. Cook muffin in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once they got cold put some sugar powder.
