INGREDIENTI

A can of condensed milk
4  passion fruit
200 g of mascarpone cheese
1 pack of gluten free agar agar Molino Rossetto
1 spoon of sugar

For the sauce:
1 passion fruit
1 spoon of sugar
½ spoon of gluten free agar agar Molino Rossetto
100 ml of water

PREPARAZIONE

To obtain passion fruit juice, cut the fruit into halves and put the pulp with 50 ml of water in the blender, then obtain the juice using a strainer.

To prepare the cream:
Put mascarpone cheese, a can of condensed milk, fruit passion juice and agar agar and blend for 2-3 minutes.

Preparazione della salsa:

Put passion fruit, sugar, agar agar and water in a pot and dissolve all the ingredients without boiling until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is ready. Put the compound in some aluminium molds and let cool for at least 6 hours. When you serve turn the molds and add the sauce on the surface.
