INGREDIENTI

100 g of wheat middlings Molino Rossetto
7 cups of meat or vegetarian stock
Parmesan
enough salt
 

PREPARAZIONE

Put the broth in a pot and when it boils put wheat middlings gradually so that it doesn’t fom lumps. Let it cook for 10 minutes, mixing from time to time. Add some parmesan. Serve it hot.
