INGREDIENTI

(for about 6 people)
200 g of Soy flour gluten free Molino Rossetto
150 g of Mix A thousand uses flour Molino Rossetto
3 spoons of  Tapioca flour Molino Rossetto
1 egg
150 ml of water
1 pepper
200 g of cherry tomatoes
50 g capers
200 g tuna
Oregano
Chili
Parsley
Garlic
Olive oil

PREPARAZIONE

Mix the flour with Tapioca flour, add the egg and some water, let the dough rest for about 1 hour covered by a towel. Make some small balls with the dough and flatten them with your hands. Roll the dough with the machine. Let it dry for about 30 minutes, cut them and let them dry. Cut the pepper and the tomatoes in small pieces, stir-fry with hot oil and garlic, dressing with some salt. Remove the clove of garlic, add capers, oregano, chili and go on cooking for some minutes. Take it off and add the crumbled tuna, some parsley. Boil the water for some minutes and dress it with some sauce, grated pecorino cheese and fresh basil leafs.
