Lentils soup

INGREDIENTI

(for 2 people)
70 g of organic gluten free red lentils flour Molino Rossetto
1 carrot
1 celery stick
2 cloves of garlic
500 ml of vegetables broth
rosemary
black pepper
1/2 onion

 

PREPARAZIONE

Warm oil in a pot, where you’ll bake the garlic, onions and carrots. Add the broth, spices and lentils flour and mix. Cook until you obtain the desired consistency. Blend the compound and serve it hot with some oil.
