INGREDIENTI

For 8 squash blossoms
120 g of frying mixture Molino Rossetto
1 egg
100 ml of water
salt and pepper
seeds oil to fry

PREPARAZIONE

Add some salt to the egg and some pepper. Shake the egg and add milk. Add flour and mix without forming lumps. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, covered with some film. Wash squash blossoms in cold water, dry them well and remove internal pistils. Put some flour on the squash blossoms in the batter and then put them in boiling oil. Cook until they become golden and let them drain, so dress squash blossoms with salt pepper and serve immediately.
