What is the first theme?

“Bread- a different type of bread for any moment of the day”.

You’ll receive a lot of advice and ideas to make fresh bread for any moment of the day: from morning’s breakfast, to dinner.
Some technical concepts to better know the main ingredients and then …you’ll learn how to use different flours!
Thanks to this course you can eat different types of bread everyday, tasting the rustic and genuine wheat’s flavor.

You’ll taste bread that you’ll have prepared and you’ll bring it at home so that you’ll eat it with your family and friends, tasting the homemade bread taste.

Homemade bread will be cooked using Alfa Pizza brick oven, so a healthier and tastier cooking way, just like our grandmas used to do in the past.

Panettiere Nicola Trentin

The expert Nicola Trentin will teach the course.
Let’s know something about him...
He grew exploring the food industry and he started to work in his family’s restaurant, where he developped an important interest in food.
He makes bread by profession and for passion. Today he manages together with his family a bakery in Cittadella (Padua) and he is Veneto's Panificatori’s Regional President.
