home made Pasta


You'll receive a lot of advice and ideas to make home made pasta!
A little bit of story to better know the main ingredients and then ... You'll learn how to make bigoli, ravioli and tagliatelle!
It is a base course addressed to all food lovers! Egg noodles, bran pasta, and filled pasta ...This and more at "Ridi che ti Pasta!" course.

 

You’ll taste pasta that you’ll have prepared and you’ll bring it at home so that you’ll eat it with your family and friends, tasting the homemade pasta taste.


We have thought about this course and we'll organise it with Marcato Pasta that is our loyal partner and world leader in the production machinery for fresh pasta, biscuits, bread and pizza. All the recipes will be made with Marcato's machinery and tools.

The expert Anna Maria Pellegrino in will teach the course.
Let's know something about her...

She's loved cooking since she was younger, she started to deal with food starting from 2005. Currently she is a cook for house calls and she organises food and wine events. She's a Food teacher and Food History teacher and she has been invited as a guest/rapporteur to many workshops, events, tv and radio programs and many national confernces (“Geo”, Festival del Giornalismo Alimentare, Unomattina…).
