6.17 oz (175g) cheese polenta Molino Rossetto
500 ml water
250 ml milk
a knob of butter 
black pepper

PREPARAZIONE

Boil 500 ml water in a pot with a knob of butter. When the water boils, add the contents of the sachet and 250 ml of milk and stir carefully.  Cook until the water will be completely absorbed, approximately 3 minutes.
