17.64 oz (500 g) “Mix Mediterranean bread Molino Rossetto”

1 yeast sachet (you find it inside the pack)

280-290 ml of water

olive oil 


Pour the “Mix Mediterranean bread Molino Rossetto” in a bowl. Add the yeast sachet and mix it with the flour. Add the water gradually and start kneading the mixture until it is elastic and even. Leave it to rise for 2 hours. Preheat the oven at 220°. Grease a plum cake mould with a bit of olive oil and place the dough into it. Bake the bread for 30-40 minutes. Take the bread out of the oven, remove it from the mould, leave it to cool and cut it.
