500 g of Molino Rossetto bread flour
280 g of water
3 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 case of Molino Rossetto yeast


Mix flour, sugar and salt. In the bread pan handle of the bread maker pour water, oil, the mix of flour and yeast. Set the bread maker on a program for kneading, rising and cooking for 3 hours. At the end, you will have a light crust.
