Recipe for 15 waffles
1 Molino Rossetto mix for waffle
2 eggs (egg yolks and egg whites)
60 g of melted butter
170 ml of milk
With an electric hand mixer beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the egg yolks with butter and, little by little, add the mix for waffle and milk. Knead with an electric hand mixer until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.
With a spoon combine the egg whites from the top to the bottom.
Pour the batter on a waffle mould and cook for 3 minutes or so.
Wait on the waffles with fresh fruit and icing sugar or maple syrup and cinnamon or different topping.
