Gluten-free plum cake

400 g of  “Mix all cakes gluten free”

200 g butter,

4 eggs

100 g gluten-free candied fruit

1 orange

1 lemon

gluten free icing sugar


Knead the butter with the contents of the pack until to get a frothy cream. Add the eggs, the orange peel, the zest, the orange juice and the candied fruit. Stir all together and pour the mixture into a 22 cm plum cake tin. Bake the plum cake at 180° for 35 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven, leave it to cool for 5 minutes, remove it from the tin and dust it with icing sugar.
