Oat pancakes
INGREDIENTI
1 mix for Pancakes with oat flour Molino Rossetto
1 medium egg
330 ml of milk
Put the mix in a bowl. Add 1 egg and mix with the electric egg beater, add milk and knead to obtain a homogenous and dense batter. Warm the pan (before put some oil on the pan) and pour three spoons of batter. Cook until the top of pancakes is dry, then turn the pancake and cook it on the other side (you should obtain about 10 pancakes). Once they’re cooked serve them naturally or add some maple syrup, fresh fruit or nut cream.
