125 g of butter
200 g of dark chocolate
Chop dark chocolate and dissolve it in water bath. When it is dissolved, add soft butter in pieces. Mix until you obtain a liquid and homogenous compound, remove from the fire and let it cool. Shake eggs in a bowl with an egg beater. Add the mixture, the lukewarm chocolate and butter compound. Cover with some oven paper and pour the dough. Cook in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Once it is ready let it cool and serve it.
