500 g of mix for pizza Molino Rossetto
280 g of water
1 pack of yeast (inside the mix for pizza pack)
2 spoons of evo oil
enough boiled ham
Spill the mix for pizza Molino Rossetto in bowl and mix it with the yeast. Add water gradually and start to knead. Add 2 spoons of oil and go on kneading until the concistency is elastic and homogenous. Let it rise for about 1h and ½ . Roll the dough on a pan with some oil. Put tomato sauce and cook in a hot oven until the borders become golden. Remove pizza and add mozzarella, boiled ham and oregano. Put it in the oven again until the mozzarella is melted.
