milk porridge 50 G MR
Porridge is the classic English oat breakfast, tasted everywhere by now.It is source of fiber and proteins,it is a healthy way to start the day.
Process: Pour 80 ml of hot milk in the cup. Cover it and let it rest for 3 -4 minutes. If you want you can add some milk, sugar, honey or maple syrup.
Ingredients: thin oatmeals (80%), milk powder (10%), sugar (10%).
