500 g of mix whole wheat pizza Molino Rossetto
300 ml of water

Dissolve dry yeast in the water (you can find the yeast pack on the mix pizza pack). Put the dough in a bowl or on a flat plane and add the yeast. Knead for 5-10 minutes until you obtain a smooth and homogenous dough. Leti t rise for 2 hours in a lukewarm place, covered by a wet towel or by some film. Roll the dough on a pan with some oil and some oven paper. Stuff the dough with some tomatoes and seasonal ingredients. Let it cook in the oven at 220°C for about 30-40 minutes.
