240 g of mix for Carnival biscuits Molino Rossetto
100 g of butter
1 medium egg
Pour mix for Carnival biscuits in a bowl, add soft butter in pieces, the yolk and knead until you obtain the consistency of shortcrust. Form a homogenous dough and let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Roll the dough on a pan with a rolling pin. Cut it with mold for biscuits and put it on an oven pan, covered by oven paper. Cook at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Once they got cold decorate them with candies and powdered sugar.
