Vegan canvas milk
200 g of canvas seeds Molino Rossetto
1,2 l of water
Start to prepare canvas milk pouring canvas seeds and some of the necessary water (less then a half), with the sweetener. Blend everything until seeds are completely chopped and add the rest of the water gradually. A few minutes are enough. You can pour canvas milk from the blender to the bowl or in the bottle. You can add (if you want) a spoon of almonds and some slices of banana. You should blend them with canvas seeds and a pince of Himalawa pink salt.
