Natural dried yeast. It guarantees stability during the rising and it improves the taste and the fragrance. We suggest 1.23 oz (35 g) per 17.64 oz (500 g) flour. The wholegrain yeast intensifies the fragrance of the whole wheat and of the stoneground flour.
