Recipes of our soups have been thought fo offer a good and healthy product, but above all natural.
Legumes flours are the most important ingrediente of every recipe: the raw material is selected and cleaned and it is pressed with steam at the temperature of 110°C.
Once legumes are precooked, they are sent in the oven, and, dried.
This process and the technology allows to mantain all flours properties , thanks to low temperatures.
In our soups the legumes taste and all their properties are mantained.
These are gluten free, biological and natural products.
Legumes are the most important ingredient and we thought about some spices to make the taste unforgettable.
To enrich soups and make them tastier our advice is to use creativity in the kitchen… you can adjust with a bit of salt, pepper and some oil .. et voilà! In two minutes your soups are ready!
