Delivery methods

For every order placed on www.molinorossetto.com, Molino Rossetto spa issues a receipt and, upon request, an invoice for the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is binding. The Customer raises Molino Rossetto S.p.A. from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, being the Customer solely responsible for the correct entry. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. Shipping costs are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering. Delivery times are generally: - from 2 to 3 days for deliveries in northern Italy - from 3 to 5 days for deliveries to central and southern Italy - from 3 to 7 days for deliveries to the islands. The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority. In particular, deliveries are not guaranteed within the time established in the middle weeks of August and under the holidays (Christmas, Easter).

Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to Molino Rossetto in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods. In the event that the ordered and paid merchandise is refused by the customer, Molino Rossetto will retain the transport costs and any storage costs.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice
that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, putting the wording "subject to withdrawal" on the special accompanying document and confirmed, within 7 days by registered mail with receipt of return to MOLINO ROSSETTO spa., Via Indipendenza n.156, -35026 - Pontelongo (Pd), and to the courier, whose address is explained in the accompanying document. It is also required to open an anomaly at Molino Rossetto, by sending an email to info@molinorossetto.com. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any damage or hidden defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document and it is also required to open an anomaly with Molino Rossetto, or by sending an e-mail to info@molinorossetto.com.

Delivery by express courier

Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the Customer, the courier will leave a notice and retry delivery within the next 24 hours; in case of further absence, notice is again given and the Customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this also fails, the Customer will be contacted by Molino Rossetto with whom he will define the delivery details. If even the fourth attempt is not successful, the goods will be returned to Molino Rossetto, with consequent cancellation of the order. The amount charged will NOT be credited to the customer in the event that it cannot be found for 30 days. from the date of shipment. The transport costs shown on the Molino Rossetto website refer only to deliveries made to the street side and not to the floor. Molino Rossetto does not make any installations or used withdrawals.

Insured shipping damage
In the event that an insured shipment is damaged during transport, it is necessary to proceed as follows:

Molino Rossetto will open the refund procedure with the courier and will communicate the details to the end customer
Based on how much liquidated Molino Rossetto will reimburse the end customer and / or completely replace the goods
2) The damaged goods WAS REFUSED and is PHYSICALLY to Molino Rossetto

The end customer must send an application for the opening of the insurance application by e-mail with proof of damage
Molino Rossetto will open the refund procedure with the courier and will communicate the details to the end customer
Molino Rossetto will forward the estimate to the insurance company and to the end customer.
The insurance company will liquidate Molino Rossetto
Based on how much liquidated Molino Rossetto will reimburse the end customer and / or completely replace the goods


IMPORTANT: (READ CAREFULLY) No damage or delay in repair is attributable to Molino Rossetto. If a damaged package is accepted without reserve, the customer cannot claim any refund.
