Minced plant based belongs to the new BIGOOD line of Molino Rossetto. It is obtained from the transformation of pea flour, with a process called texturing. The resulting finished product is rich in fiber and vegetable origin protein and can be used for various recipes. In this format it is presented as granular and once rehydrated it can be used as a base for meatballs. The BIGOOD line offers products that are twice good: good for health and for the environment, it allows to reduce the water use and CO2 emissions.
