175 g of mix mushrooms polenta Molino Rossetto
800 ml of water
a stick of butter 
enough black pepper
thin slices of fontina cheese
butter to grease the mold


  • MIX MUSHROOM POLENTA- 6,17 OZ (175 G) -


In a casserole boil the water with a stick of butter. When it boils poor mix mushrooms polenta, mix until the complete absorption of water and cook for about 5 minutes. Add some black pepper. Poor polenta in a mold with some butter, put some thin slices of fontina cheese. Let the polenta lukewarm, so cut it in small squares and put it on a pan for some minutes, until you find a crust on the lower side and the cheese will be melted. Serve polenta hot as finger food or as a starter, or with meat main dishes.
