MUFFIN WITH HAZELNUTS FLOUR
Mix rice flour, nut flour, cocoa and yeast in a bowl. Then mix eggs, sugar, melted butter and milk in another bowl. Mix the two compounds and pour the dough in some paper molds. Cook muffin in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once they got cold put some sugar powder.LEGGI
Gluten free nuts cake
Mix soft butter with sugar and add eggs. When creami s shiny and has no lumps, add chopped nuts, rice flour and potato starch with yeast alternating with milk. Pour cream on a cake mold of diameter of 20-22 cm with some butter and some flour and cook at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Check cooking with a stick.
