    Put raisin in rhum in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. Mix eggs with milk and mix the compound. Pour it on the cream of eggs and milk and knead for 5 minutes to obtain a cream without lumps. D rain raisin and put it in the compound with the apple cut in small cubes. Take some dough and fry in boiling oil (160°) until they become golden.
