1 pack of mix for CRUMBLE Molino Rossetto
120 g of butter
1 kg of fresh fruit
juice of ½ lemon
a pince of cinnamon
Peel fruit and remove seeds, cut in small cubes of about 1 cm, add the lemon juice and the cinnamon. Stir-fry for about 1 minute. To prepare crumble put the mixture and the butter in cubes in a bowl.knead the ingredients with your fingers until you obtain a crumbled dough. Take some single dose cocottes and put inside some butter, or a pan of 24 cm of diameter with some butter and put the pieces of fruit. Cover with crumbs f the dough. Put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 180°C until the surface od the crumble is golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve it hot, with some vanilla ice cream or with some custard.
