Raspberries popsicles with chia seeds

  • Ghiaccioli ai lamponi e semi di chia

INGREDIENTI

250 g of raspberries
1 organic lemon
2 spoons of stevia
300 g of organic soy yogurt
1 pack of chia seeds Molino Rossetto

PREPARAZIONE

Put raspberries cut in pieces, lemon juice, grated lemon peel , stevia in a casserole and boil them until fruit is dissolved. Let cool and add chia seeds. Put the compound in 4 molds of popsicles or in 4 small plastic glasses and put on the centre the wooden stick.  Let them cool in the freezer for the whole night.
