14.11 oz (400 g) Biscuits mix Molino Rossetto

4.41 oz (125 g) butter

1 whole egg


Pour the contents of the pack onto a table, add in the centre the butter cut into pieces and the egg. Knead quickly the dough, cover it with cling film and leave it to rise in the fridge for 30 minutes. Stretch the dough and shape it into your chosen forms. Bake the biscuits at 170°C for approximately 10/15 minutes. Decorate with white or colored sugarpaste creating something special for every occasion.
