Cocoa cake with orange flavour

400 g of Molino Rossetto mix for cocoa cake
125 g of soft butter
3 eggs
orange zest
80 g of chocolate drops
150 ml of milk


Pour the mix for cocoa cake in a bowl, add butter, eggs and milk. Knead with an electric beater at low speed, until the dough will be smooth and uniform; add floured chocolate drops and the orange zest.

Grease with butter 5-6 moulds (diameter 5 cm) and pour the batter.

Bake in preheated oven to 180° for 30 minutes.

Wait on them warm and sprinkled with icing sugar.
