8.82 oz (250 g) pancake mix Molino Rossetto
1 medium egg
330 ml of milk
Pour the contents of the pack into a bowl. Add the egg and mix it with the electric beater. Slowly add the milk and mix until a thick, smooth batter forms. Grease the frying pan with a little oil, heat it over a moderate flame and pour in approximately 3 spoons of batter. Cook it until the top side of the pancake is dry, then turn it over and cook it on the other side. Repeat until you have used up all of the batter (you should have enough for around 10 pancakes). Serve the pancakes plain or add maple syrup, your choice of fresh fruit or hazelnut cream.
