No cooking tart
For the base: pour the mix in a bowl with butter and blend all the ingredients. Pour the mixture on an extendable mould (ideal diameter 18/20 cm) lined with baking paper. Press the mixture with a spoon and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For the custard: pour in a bowl 400 ml of milk (from the fridge), add the mix for custard and a spoon of icing sugar. Knead with an electric beater until the batter will be uniform. If it remain soft, let it rest in the fridge for some minutes.
Pour the custard on the cake base and level it. Let it rest in the fridge for 2/3 hours.
Decorate with fruits and sprinkle with icing sugar.
