soy flour pizza
INGREDIENTI
150 g soy flour Molino Rossetto
350 g flour for pizza
400 ml of water
1 spoon of salt
1 pack of brewery’s yeast Molino Rossetto
enough olive oil
Mix soy flour with flour for pizza, yeast, sugar and salt. So add oil and water. Knead to obtain a smooth and homogenous compound and let it rest for about 2 hours in a bowl covered by a wet towel or with some film. Once the risining is finished, roll the dough on a non stick pan covered by oven paper and stuff with ingredients that you want. Let it rest for 10 minutes more, preheat the oven at 200°C, and cook for 15 minutes until it becomes golden.
