500 g of mix for one thousand uses flour Molino Rossetto
250 g of butter
150 ml of cold water
enough salt
4 zucchini
4 spoons of cottage cheese
50g of grated cheese


Put flours with some salt in a container. Add butter in pieces and process fastly. Spray the dough with some cold water to mix everything. Form a ball and then envolve it in some film and let it rest in the fridge for 20/30 minutes. Roll the dough on a round mold and stuff with ingredients that you want. In this case with zucchini and cottage cheese.
