1 l of red wine
½ orange
½ organic lemon
1 organic small apple
1 pack of gluten free spice flavour Molino Rossetto
200 g of sugar


Cut the orange and the lemon in halves, cut the apple in cloves. Pour wine in a pot and add all the ingredients. Let it boil, then lower the flame and let it cook for at least 15 minutes. Pour vin brulè in glasses or resistan cups and serve it hot.
