BAKED OAT – 1 serving
Ingredients:
40 g oat flour
5 g cocoa powder
1 egg
2 g baking powder
50 ml orange juice
Orange zest
Topping:
Molino Rossetto cocoa cream, 1 piece of dark chocolate, orange zest
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
3) In another bowl, whisk the egg with orange juice, maple syrup, and milk.
4) Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid mixture and stir well until smooth.
5) Pour half of the batter into a small baking dish, add a teaspoon of Molino Rossetto hazelnut protein cream, and cover with the remaining batter.
6) Bake for about 25 minutes.
7) Once ready, top with a piece of chocolate and decorate with orange zest.
