Basil's mini flat bread
INGREDIENTI
80 g of flour type 0 Molino Rossetto
20 g of barley flour Molino Rossetto
1/2 spoon of bicarbonate
1 spoon of olive oil
salt
1 spoon of tomato soup
10 fresh basil leafs
50 ml of lukewarm water
Add flours, bicarbonate, tomato sauce salt, basil and oil in a bowl. Add water mixing with a paddle until the flour is completely absorbed. Put the dough in a plane with some flour, knead until you obtain a smooth, soft and homogenous dough. Roll it and make some small flat breads. Put some oil on a pan and warm it, cook both the sides of the flat breads for some minutes
