500 g of spelt flour Molino Rossetto
200 g of water
100 g of milk
1 cube of brewery’s yeast
20 g of olive oil
10 g of salt
10 g of sugar


For the basis follow the same process of the bread (dough and rising), so lie down the dough with your fingers and stuff with tomato sauce, put in the hot oven at about 180-200° for about 15-20 minutes, so stuff with other ingredientse, add mozzarella and go on cooking for 10 minutes more. Remove from the oven, dress pizza with olive oil and serve it hot.
