Saint Valentine biscuits
1 pack of Mix for biscuits Molino Rossetto
125 g of butter in pieces
1 whole egg
1 pack of light blue moldable pasta Molino Rossetto
you’ll need also:
1 biscuit cutter
1 acrylic rolling pin
CMC or apricot jelly
Pour the mix in a bowl. Add butter in pieces and a whole egg. Knead rapidly, form a ball. Envolve the dough in some film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Roll the dough of about 6-7 mm thick, on a surface with some flour, or on some oven paper. Cut biscuits with biscuits cutters and put them on the oven pan. Warm the oven at 180° and cook biscuits for about 10-15 minutes.
For the cover: take some moldable pasta. Roll it with an acrylic rolling pin on a silicon mat with some powdered sugar. Cut moldable pasta with the biscuit cutter. Drizzle the surface with moldable pasta with dissolved cmc in some water or apricots jelly and put it on biscuits once they got cold. These biscuits last for many days in a glass container or in a tin box.
