Organic bread for tramezzini
500 g of Molino Rossetto organic “00” flour
300 ml of milk*
1 case of Molino Rossetto organic vegan mother yeast
50 ml of water
50 g of melted butter
20 g of sugar
10 g of salt
* for a vegan recipe you should use vegetable milk.
Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool.
Pour on a pastry board, or in a bowl, the flour blended with sugar, salt and the organic yeast. Slowly add milk, water and warm butter. Knead with hands all the ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Let the dough rise for 2 hours or so in a hot place, covered with a wet rag.
Then knead the dough again until it will be smooth and uniform. Create the forms that you prefer.
Bake the bread in preheat oven to 180°C for 40-45 minutes or so.
