BISCUITS WITH PUFFED RICE AND CHOCOLATE
Molino Rossetto puffed rice
200 g of dark or milk chocolate
30 g of raisins
Melt chocolate in a bain marie, let it rest for some minutes and blend again.
Pour in the pot where you melted chocolate the raisins, cinnamon powder and blend all the ingredients. Add puffed rice little by little, continuing to blend, in order to every rice will be covered by chocolate. The mixture has to be solid.
With a teaspoon, make some balls on a sheet of baking paper or you can use some moulds.
Let them cool and put them in the fridge.
